Low impact exercises involving elements of yoga and pilates to increase your flexibility and core strength. Suitable for everyone and especially those returning from injury.  Run by qualified instructor from Iffley road sports centre.

 

 

Open to both JCR and MCR members with payment made to a committee member at the session.
